Cleaning procedures

The programming of a cleaning procedure is easy, and pre-programmed procedures can be stored for day-to-day selection and immediate start of operation.

It is recommended to start each procedure with a preliminary rinsing step using hot water, followed by the actual cleaning step using for example an alkaline solution.

This alkaline cleaning step can then be followed by a neutralization step using diluted acid solution, and several rinsing steps using demineralized water or WFI.

In-between these steps the lines are fully drained and final residues can be removed using air.
