The CIP-station’s alkali/acid dosing system ensures that concentration is always at the required (set) level.

An in-line conductivity sensor monitors the alkali/acid concentration in the circulating cleaning solution, and when necessary this concentration is automatically adjusted from concentrated alkali/acid stock until the set concentration is reached.
